In keeping with the innovative design of the resort, the vast majority of the recreational facilities will be housed in a European styled ‘village square’ providing an interesting and ambient destination.

So far stage 1 of these facilities has been completed and includes: the 700-seat ‘Carlton theatre’; fully licensed ‘Crickets Bar & Lounge’; swimming pool with two BBQ entertaining areas; competition standard 8 rink outdoor bowling green and a library. Future facilities to be built as part of the square include: a reception centre; hairdresser; games room; class room and doctors / health professionals consulting rooms.
The ‘Carlyle Club’, located at the entrance of the resort, currently houses the administration office, fitness club, sewing and arts & crafts club, computer club and a spa plunge pool with BBQ area.
